Emu Properties is an Independent Lettings and Property Management Company based in Norwich, Norfolk. We specialise in HMO properties, student accommodation, shared houses, property management and effective maintenance.
Our core goal is to offer a completely hassle-free renting experience and provide painless communication. We take care of the headaches, so tenants can enjoy a relaxing and safe living environment. We currently manage a large portfolio of properties across Norwich which are primarily student rentals and shared houses for professionals. We offer properties from one to seven bedrooms with the aim of having somewhere to suit everyone.

Born and raised in Australia. Prior to starting Emu Properties, James spent 10+ years growing his career as a Design Engineer in the Building and Construction Industry in both Norwich and Sydney. After honing his skills from the ground up and renovating multiple properties, he decided to focus his passion for property and business in the private rented sector. Pairing the problem-solving element of Engineering and management/delegation makes him the best at resolving any maintenance issues or otherwise that arise.
Emily Bell

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland. Emily studied Marketing at University and spent 5+ years working as a Digital Marketing Manager in London and Sydney. In fact, this website was built and designed by, well, yours truly. She decided to move into the property industry after completing a property renovation doubled up with the desire to put her skills to use in her own business. Emily has worked heavily in client management throughout her career and takes pride in offering best in class service to all of our customers.
Amanda Moss

Hailing from Norwich, Norfolk. Amanda has grown her career as a successful bookkeeper for over 20 years. She specialises in dealing with accounts in the rental sector and has been working with Landlords and Agents alike for more than 16+ years. Some would even say she is an accounts guru. Pairing her experience in the rental sector with her administrative skills makes her the best at staying on top our accounts, invoicing and chasing any admin-related queries. Not to mention, she is the Queen of spreadsheets!
Xena
Our Office Companion
Meet our Border Collie, Xena (Pronounced Zena). Xena was born in a remote town in New South Wales, Australia. When we decided to move back to Norwich, Xena endured the 24-hour flight with us from Sydney – a true Warrior Princess we think! She has swapped morning beach walks for runs around Mousehold Heath and is loving the cooler climate of Norwich. Xena brightens up our office and is always close-by requesting pats and cuddles from anyone who will give her attention.
